Terracotta bowl made in Morocco, mainly in the regions of Fes and Safi, Ceramic is a handmade product in the purest respect for tradition.
The artisans use the “double baking” technique, when the clay has obtained its shape and has been baked for 6 hours in a traditional oven at a temperature of 900º, it is painted and fired again to give it color.
We can distinguish between different styles of ceramics, ceramics from the medina, produced mainly in Fez and Safi, it is fine and sophisticated, which takes up the motifs of Islamic art, and rural ceramics from the south and part of the north that reflects Berber art, it is simple and less colorful, but just as decorative.
This piece has organic shapes, with characteristic textures and colors to give your tableware personality.
